Britain plays in the same Powerball draw, with UK-specific prize rules
Powerball launched through The National Lottery in July 2026. A UK line costs £4: choose five different main numbers from 1 to 69 and one Powerball from 1 to 26, or use a Lucky Dip.
UK entries participate alongside the U.S. Powerball game for the shared rolling jackpot, but the UK product is tailored for National Lottery players. The UK advertised jackpot, prize tiers and payment treatment are therefore not the same thing as simply converting the American headline or cash option into pounds.
Entries normally close at 11:55pm on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday, with the corresponding result arriving in Britain in the early hours of Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. For the exact timing, use the UK Powerball draw-time guide.
