What Happens If Scratchcards Are Stolen From a Shop?

Inventory tracking becomes especially useful when physical tickets disappear.

Known Ticket Ranges Can Be Flagged as Stolen

Washington's Lottery instructs retailers to report the exact games and ticket numbers when Scratch tickets are stolen. Its computer system can then flag those tickets to prevent thieves from cashing them.
