Irish Lotto Number Generator by Location
Choose one of 45 places across the Republic of Ireland and generate Irish Lotto numbers linked to that location. Every line uses six different numbers from 1–45 and is built so our numbers-by-location tool maps it back to the same place.

Pick a county and place, choose how many lines you want, then generate. Each line is repeatable and stays linked to the selected location.
These are location-themed selections, not predictions. A place name does not alter the odds of the Irish Lotto draw.

How Location-Linked Irish Lotto Numbers Are Created
Your Place Has a Fixed Index
Each of the 45 places has an index from 1 to 45. Dublin is 1, Cork is 2 and the list continues through to Birr at 45.
The Place Seeds the Number Selection
The place name, county and line number are converted into a repeatable numeric seed. That seed is used to create five different numbers from 1–45.
The Sixth Number Locks the Line to the Place
The final number is chosen so the total of all six numbers maps back to the selected place in the companion location tool.
The method is deterministic, not predictive. Choosing Galway instead of Dublin changes the generated line, but it does not improve or reduce the chance of any particular six-number combination being drawn.
What the Generated Lines Would Cost to Play
Irish Lotto costs €2 per line and the official game requires a minimum of two lines, so the minimum Lotto ticket costs €4. Lotto Plus costs an additional €1 per line.
Generating one line here does not change the official two-line minimum. If you generate only one line, the cost display still shows the minimum amount required to buy an official Lotto ticket.
Generate From a Place or Map an Existing Line
The two location tools use the same 45-place index. This generator starts with a place and creates a line; the companion tool starts with six numbers and finds their place.

Map Irish Lotto numbers to a locationLocation-Linked Numbers vs Random Irish Lotto Numbers
Location-Linked Generator
The place is deliberately part of the number-selection rule. The same place and line number produce the same combination, and the completed line reverse-maps to that place.
Random Number Generator
A normal random generator chooses six distinct numbers without attaching them to a place. Use our standard Irish Lotto generator if you want fresh random lines instead.

Irish Lotto Number Generator by Location FAQs
Does my Irish location affect my chance of winning Lotto?
No. Location is only used to create a themed number line. Every valid combination of six different numbers from 1–45 has the same chance of matching the six main balls.
Will Dublin always generate the same Irish Lotto numbers?
Yes for a given line number. The generator is deterministic: Dublin line 1 stays the same, Dublin line 2 stays the same, and so on. That makes saved or shared location lines repeatable.
Why does each generated line map back to the selected place?
The sixth number is chosen so the sum of the completed six-number line resolves to the selected place's fixed index from 1 to 45. The companion numbers-by-location tool uses the same rule.
Can I generate Lotto Plus numbers by location?
You do not choose separate Plus numbers. If Lotto Plus is added to an official ticket, the same six Lotto numbers are entered into Plus 1 and Plus 2.
Does the generator include the Bonus Ball?
No. Players choose six main numbers. The Bonus Ball is drawn separately from the remaining balls and is not selected when completing a Lotto line.
Can I generate just one line?
Yes, but the official Irish Lotto game requires a minimum two-line purchase. A single generated line can be saved or combined with another line before playing.
Why are Northern Ireland places not included?
The location index is built around the Irish National Lottery and uses Republic of Ireland locations. Northern Ireland is part of the UK National Lottery market.
Location-Themed Lines Do Not Improve the Odds
Use the generator as a fun way to create repeatable Irish Lotto lines from a place you know or like. It does not forecast future draws, identify lucky areas or use past results to claim an advantage.
Current 6/45 Game
Irish Lotto uses six main numbers from 1–45. The Bonus Ball is drawn separately.
