Irish Lotto Number Checker – Lotto, Plus 1 & Plus 2
Enter your Irish Lotto numbers and check them against the latest draw or recent draw history. You can include Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2, search up to 90 days and correctly check tickets from both the current 6/45 game and the earlier 6/47 format.
Uses locally stored Irish Lotto draw dataCheck Your Irish Lotto Numbers
Enter one or more six-number lines, choose the draws you want to check and select Lotto Plus if it was included on your ticket.
Checking an older ticket? The current 1–45 Irish Lotto format began on 5 September 2026. Draws before that date used numbers 1–47. This checker keeps those game eras separate, so numbers 46 and 47 are only treated as valid for historical 6/47 draws.
This tool checks number matches against MLL's locally stored draw history. It does not validate a physical ticket. The Irish National Lottery remains the official source for results and ticket validation.
How the Irish Lotto Number Checker Works
The checker compares each six-number line with the main Lotto draw and, when selected, the two Lotto Plus draws for every draw date in your chosen period.
Enter Your Six Irish Lotto Numbers
Type the numbers into a line or use the number grid. Add extra lines if your ticket contains more than one Lotto line.
Choose the Draws to Check
Check the latest draw, the last 7, 30 or 90 days, or select one specific stored draw date.
See Lotto and Lotto Plus Matches
Matching main numbers and the Bonus Ball are shown separately, together with the prize tier and exact stored payout when available.
Check Irish Lotto Results From the Last 90 Days
The checker can search the locally stored claim-window history rather than forcing you to open individual results pages one at a time.
Latest Irish Lotto Draw
Use the latest-draw option for a quick check against the most recently stored Lotto, Plus 1 and Plus 2 results.
Recent Irish Lotto Draws
Search several draw dates at once and optionally hide non-winning draws so only useful matches remain on screen.
Monday, Wednesday or Saturday Draws
Filter by draw day when you know which ticket or regular playing day you are checking.
Irish Lotto Prize Matches Explained
The checker identifies the standard main-number and Bonus Ball combinations used by Irish Lotto. Where an exact historical prize table is stored for the draw, the payout is shown too.
| Match | How the checker identifies it |
|---|---|
| Match 6 | All six of your main numbers match the six winning main numbers. |
| Match 5 + Bonus | Five main numbers match and your remaining ticket number matches the Bonus Ball. |
| Match 5 | Five main numbers match without the Bonus Ball. |
| Match 4 + Bonus | Four main numbers match and another number matches the Bonus Ball. |
| Match 4 | Four main numbers match. |
| Match 3 + Bonus | Three main numbers match and another number matches the Bonus Ball. |
| Match 2 + Bonus | Two main numbers match and another number matches the Bonus Ball. |
| Match 3 | Three main numbers match. |
The prize tier is determined by the numbers drawn for that date. Exact prize amounts can vary between draws, so a historical match should not be given a made-up payout when the corresponding prize table is not stored.
Checking Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2
If Lotto Plus was included on the ticket, the same six selected numbers can be checked against two additional draws: Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2.
Main Irish Lotto
The checker always compares your line with the main Lotto result for every selected draw date.
Lotto Plus 1
Turn on Lotto Plus to check the same line against the separate Plus 1 winning numbers and Bonus Ball.
Lotto Plus 2
The same option also checks Lotto Plus 2, so all three draw results can be reviewed together.
Checking Irish Lotto Tickets From Before 5 September 2026
Irish Lotto changed from a 47-ball game to a 45-ball game on 5 September 2026. That means a genuine older ticket or result can contain 46 or 47 even though those numbers cannot appear in the current game.
The checker reads the stored rule era for every draw. For pre-change draws it accepts numbers from 1 to 47; for current-format draws it uses 1 to 45. Historical rows are not silently mixed into current-game statistics or treated as if they were played under today's rules.
What to Do if Your Irish Lotto Numbers Match
A match in this checker is a useful result check, but the physical or online ticket still has to pass the Irish National Lottery's official validation process before a prize is confirmed.
Check the Draw Date
Make sure the ticket was entered in the same draw date shown by the checker.
Keep the Ticket Secure
A physical National Lottery ticket is a bearer instrument, so protect it and do not publish identifying ticket information.
Remember the 90-Day Claim Period
Irish National Lottery draw-game prizes must be claimed within 90 days of the winning draw.
Irish Lotto Number Checker FAQs
Can I check Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2 at the same time?
Yes. Leave the Lotto Plus option switched on and each entered line will be compared with the main Lotto, Lotto Plus 1 and Lotto Plus 2 results for the selected draw dates.
Can I check more than one Irish Lotto line?
Yes. You can add up to five lines and check them together against the same draw period.
Can I check an older Irish Lotto ticket?
Yes. The checker can search the locally stored recent history and correctly recognises the earlier 1–47 format for draws before 5 September 2026.
Why does the checker include numbers 46 and 47?
They are displayed only to support historical tickets from the previous 47-ball game. They cannot appear in a current 1–45 Irish Lotto draw.
Does a match here prove that my ticket is a winner?
No. The checker compares entered numbers with stored draw results, but only the Irish National Lottery can validate an actual ticket and confirm payment of a prize.
How far back can I check?
The checker is designed around the recent 90-day claim window stored by My Lottery Life. Older results can be viewed separately in the Irish Lotto results archive as that archive expands.
