Generate your Health Lottery numbers
Choose how many lines you want, then press the button. Each line contains five different numbers between 1 and 50, just like a Big Win entry.
Keep some lucky numbers and randomise the rest
Tap up to five numbers to lock them. Every generated line will keep those numbers and fill the remaining places at random.
What the generator is doing
The Health Lottery Big Win asks you to choose five different numbers from 1 to 50. This generator does exactly that: it creates unique numbers, then sorts them into numerical order so the line is easy to read.
Wednesday and Saturday: the same numbers get another chance
Random numbers or lucky numbers?
There is no mathematical advantage to either approach. Some players prefer a completely random line. Others like to keep one or two personal numbers and randomise the rest. The optional number-lock feature above lets you do either without suggesting that one method improves your chance of winning.
Why numbers above 31 can still be useful to include
Birthday-based choices naturally concentrate on 1–31, while Big Win uses the full 1–50 range. Choosing numbers above 31 does not make a line more likely to win, but it does use more of the available number range. It may also make your selection less similar to players who only use calendar dates. That can matter only if several people happen to win the top prize, because the £25,000 Match 5 prize is shared equally when there is more than one winner.
Does a previous winning line become less likely?
No. A line that has appeared before has the same mathematical chance as every other valid five-number combination in the next independent draw. The history comparison on this page is there for curiosity, not as a prediction tool.

How many numbers do I choose for The Health Lottery?
For The Health Lottery Big Win, you choose five different numbers from 1 to 50.
Does this generator choose a Bonus Ball?
No. Players choose five Big Win numbers. The Bonus Ball is part of the draw itself, so it is not something you select on your ticket.
Are these numbers more likely to win?
No. The generator creates valid random Big Win lines, but every valid five-number combination has the same chance of matching all five winning numbers.
Can I keep my lucky numbers?
Yes. Open the lucky-number section above, select up to five numbers to keep, and the generator will fill any remaining places at random.
Do Wednesday and Saturday numbers also enter the £100,000 Superdraw?
If you actually buy a Wednesday or Saturday Big Win entry, the same five numbers on that entry are automatically entered into the separate free £100,000 Superdraw.
Does generating numbers here buy a Health Lottery ticket?
No. My Lottery Life is an independent information site. This tool only creates a number line; it does not place a bet or buy a ticket.
