How the game works

A monthly-prize lottery drawn every day

Australian Set for Life uses a simple 7-from-44 format. Choose seven different numbers, or use the operator’s random-number option. The draw produces seven winning numbers followed by two supplementary numbers from the same 44-number pool.

One standard entry covers seven consecutive daily draws. That makes the ticket structure different from buying a single Powerball or Oz Lotto draw.

Unlike the UK game with the same name, Australian Set for Life has no separate Life Ball. The full draw and entry timing belongs on the draw-time page.

Subject to the published regulatory timetable, Division 1 adds a $200,000 upfront payment and Division 2 adds $20,000 upfront. The monthly payments, 7-from-44 number matrix and published odds remain unchanged.
